I decided it was time to take my greyhounds out for a walk yesterday.
No, not the canine variety.
The shoes, Occasional Reader, the shoes!
And let me tell you, they’re bloody heavy!
Seriously, by the time half the day was through, it felt like I had just subjected myself to a particularly energetic session on an exercise bike.
By the time I got home, the exercise bike had been replaced with going for a run on a treadmill while wearing concrete boots.
I knew shopping could be classed as exercise.
Fantastically comfortable shoes that had the added advantage of giving me another inch in height, but not the type of shoes to wear for a day of street shopping.
